There will be a new attraction in Komtar, Penang soon that will allow you to get a glimpse of the spectacular view of the island from several feet above the ground!
Have you been to the top of Komtar? Well, there’s a new attraction that you need to see soon – Rainbow Skywalk – the highest skywalk in Malaysia situated 68 floors and at almost a quarter of a kilometre from the ground. It is a semi-circle glass path that juts several metres out of the building. And lemme tell you, this isn’t for the faint-hearted.
It has the same glass flooring used in America’s Grand Canyon Skywalk. The glass was heat-treated, temper-proofed and laminated.
Apart from the highly-anticipated Rainbow Skywalk, Komtar building is also about to open a lot of new entertainment centers like the Jurassic Research Center where you can discover the mysteries of the Earth’s prehistoric past, the 7D Discovery Motion Theater that features some of the most intensive visual journeys of all times! There’s also the Tongkat Ali King, Jelly Bump, TOP View Restaurant & Lounge, and more.
